We accept:

1. Once you are ready to pay, click on Add To Cart and View Cart to check your order and click to made payment.
2. You will be redirected to PayPal.com where you can complete the order and payment.
3. Next, you are required to ENTER your shipping address and confirm payment for the total amount.
4. You will see a Successful Transaction page and can click to return to the designated page on our website. Later, you will receive email receipts detailing the transaction.

Delivery/ Shipping Period:
Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. The following shipping options are available and refer to shipping time of all "in stock" items. All orders will be shipped after processing of the order (usually within 1-2 business days)

Delivery / Shipping Information:
Echeck (Electronic Funds Transfer) will be cleared in 5 / 7 business days. We will deliver only after the Echeck is cleared by Paypal.

International orders will be shipped by UPS / Poslaju. You will receive email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Shipments can be tracked via www.ups.com / www.poslaju.com.my

When using your credit card for payment on our website, please ensure that the address you provide us with is the same address your credit card billing statements are mailed to.

A physical address & phone number are required for delivery. Please make sure your address in PayPal Account is matched with your shipping address before you pay.

Warranty:
This unit comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects. If there is a defect, we will replace or repair it, and then ship it back to you. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

Return Policy:
(a) We must be contacted within three (3) days of delivery that you would like to return all or part of your order. (b) You must call (603)42960470 for a return authorization. Without a return authorization your return request will not be honored. (c) All returns must be made within ten (10) days from date of receipt (d) There will be a 30% restocking fees on all returned items. Used arrays/electrodes and shipping charges are not refundable and will be charged according to the regular price. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. All electrical products we carry may not be compatible with the electrical system in your country, even when a converter is used. Damage may occur, and for this reason, these items are not returnable.

Customs Information:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs:

• If your package (order) is seized at your local customs office, no refund will be given.

When will my order ship and how will I know that?
For International orders, we strive to get orders out within 2 days of the time when the order was placed. Sometimes, however, it may take up to 4 days to get your order shipped out to you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, provided you have given us a valid email address.

What are the shipping charges?

Do you allow returns?
We understand that sometimes a person will change their mind once they receive their order. In the event that you would like to return all or part of your order we will accept a return based on the following conditions:
