About Ion Spa Array (Electrode)

During an Ion Spa Ionic Footbath treatment, the Ion Spa unit delivers a small amount of low level, electrical current into the array (electrode), which results in a reaction between the array, the water and the salt (added to help conductivity and increase the ionization effect), to generate positively and negatively charged ions by separating the water into oxygen and hydrogen.

When the feet are placed in the water the interaction of the positive and negative ions re-energizes, re-vitalizes and supports the body’s innate ability to re-balance and achieve a higher state of well being.

Advantage of E-PLUS Array (Electrode)

• 3 types of E-Plus arrays (electrode) available which is Array A, Array B & Array C. These arrays (electrode) has been designed for commercial use and built with the highest quality materials available.
• The alloy plate array provides an effective treatment, is easy to clean, and provides 100% effectiveness for treatments.
• E-PLUS array (electrode) not only have a longer life span but is still the most economical on the market in terms of price.

How long will the Ion Spa Array (Electrode) last? 

The life of the array is depends on the quality and average conductivity of the water used as well as the total operating time for each use.  Typically, we have 2 types of array available for Version 3 & 5 and the usage of Array B can be used up to 80 times and Array C can be used 150 times before it may need to be replaced. We still provide Array A for Version 2 Ion Spa machine, Array A can be used up to 40 times.
