1. Users must earn points by completing online offers. Each offer will give a user a specific amount of points upon successful completion. These points can then be used to "purchase/redeem" various items listed on the website.
2. You will earn points every time you shop that can be redeemed for free merchandise.

You will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at Aysia.com.my. Every point is equaled to: RM0.05.

Product Cost: RM100.00
Points Earn: 100
Reward Points Value: RM5.00

• There is currently no expiry date for the points.

• Points cannot be exchange for cash and cannot be transferred or sold.

• The points can be use to redeem various item listed on our Online Rewards Catalog but cannot redeem cash.

• We have many exciting gifts ranging from personal luxury items to toys, electrical appliances and decorative items available for redemption. You can use your points to redeem gifts for your loved one.

• Click on our Online Rewards Catalog to check all the gifts available for redemption. Our Online Catalog is updated monthly to provide you the latest rewards specially prepared for you.

• Once redemption has been accepted by Aysia, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged by the member.

• Reward Points are only available to registered Aysia.com.my members.
• Reward Points can only be collected and redeem free merchandise and are only validated at Aysia.com.my.
• Reward Points are non-refundable and non-transferable between members.
• Reward Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fee, taxes, coupons and gift certificates are excluded.

1. We reserve the right to change reward items and point levels at anytime and without notice. New items or point levels will be posted on our web site at Aysia.com.my
2. There is currently no expiry date for the points. Points may be accumulated to redeem higher range of gifts.
3. Points will only be credited upon receipt of payment within 10 days from date of invoice.
4. Gifts can be collected from Aysia Sdn Bhd during operating hours. No points will be deducted for self collection. For deliveries to International countries, charges will depend on the size and weight of gift and delivery address.
5. Points are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or another reward.
6. Normal delivery time will be 1 to 2 weeks, but we cannot be held responsible if an item is backordered with a longer delivery period.
7. All reward orders are subject to availability. If your item is not available, you will be given a choice of another award of equal value. The item may be the most current model for that particular item at time of ordering.
8. All reward items will be shipped to the shipping address we have on file for the client.
