non-refundable and

non-transferable and
non-exchangeable for
cash under any
circumstances.
- When
calculating the amount
of points earned,
shipping fee, taxes,
coupons and gift
certificates are
excluded.

- We
reserve the right to
change reward items and
point levels at anytime
and without notice. New
items or point levels
will be posted on our
web site at Aysia.com.my
- There
is currently no expiry
date for the points.
Points may be
accumulated to redeem
higher range of gifts.
- Points
will only be credited
upon receipt of payment
within 10 days from date
of invoice.
- Gifts
can be collected from
Aysia Sdn Bhd during
operating hours. No
points will be deducted
for self collection. For
deliveries to
International countries,
charges will depend on
the size and weight of
gift and delivery
address.
- Points
are not transferable or
exchangeable for cash or
another reward.
- Normal
delivery time will be 1
to 2 weeks, but we
cannot be held
responsible if an item
is backordered with a
longer delivery period.
- All
reward orders are
subject to availability.
If your item is not
available, you will be
given a choice of
another award of equal
value. The item may be
the most current model
for that particular item
at time of ordering.
- All
reward items will be
shipped to the shipping
address we have on file
for the client.
