to order (For Malaysia Buyer)

to order (For International Buyer)

If there is any payment made using PayPal, our company will Fully Refund back the payment with 3% PayPal service charge deduct from the total amount. Sorry for any inconvenient cause.

placed. Very large quantities may

orders shipped out to you. We will

reserve the rights to select the
shipping method and carriers to
meet your requirement.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All
customs duties, taxes or other
fees are the sole responsibility
of the purchaser. We will not be
held responsible or liable for any
problems that result at your local
customs office. Please check with
the destination country's customs
services.
Due to import prohibitions, we may
not be able to ship to your
specific country. Some countries
may require various types of
import licenses. We will not
knowingly ship any product to any
country that may require any type
of license.

determine if an import license is

Our international shipping prices
reflect the base shipping charge
not including customs duties,
taxes and country specific fees.
Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for
us to ship your order to your
country. We do not collect duties

customs clearance must be borne by
you; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what

Refund
Policy on Orders Seized by Customs

your package (order) is seized
at your local customs office,
no refund will be given.

your package (order) is
returned back to us from
customs, we will refund you
the product cost, excluding
shipping charge.
Return
Policy
We
understand that sometimes a person
will change their mind once they
receive their order. In the event
that you would like to return all
or part of your order we will
accept a return based on the
following conditions:

must be contacted within three
(3) days of delivery that you
would like to return all or
part of your order.

return authorization. Without
a return authorization your
return request will not be
honored.

must receive your order back
to us within ten (10) days of
original delivery date.

must receive your return back
to us in the same condition
and packaging as it was
shipped to you. It must be
returned to us postage paid.

electrical products we carry
may not be compatible with the
electrical system in your
country, even when a converter
is used. Damage may occur, and
for this reason, these items
are not returnable.

purchase price, after minus

returned. We charge a 30%
restocking fee for returned

refundable and will be

Return Reasons
Return
reason: In the event you received
the wrong merchandise

a few cases, we may have
shipped you the wrong product
by our mistake, different than
the actual items you ordered.
If that has happened, please
call us immediately so we can
send you a “call tag” to
have the incorrect shipment
picked up at our expense.

restocking fee, full refund

product/s but simply not satisfies
with the item.

returns must be shipped
freight with insurance prepaid

Service & Guarantee:
All of the electrical
devices have a 1 year
manufacturer warranty against defects. If there is a
defect, we will either replace or
repair it, and then ship it back
to you. Buyer is responsible for
shipping cost.
