Ordering Information

How to order

  1. Add the product that you interested to your shopping cart. Before proceeding with checkout, you have to Login or create an account.

  2. Create an account is FREE & simple, just fill in your name & email. After account created, you will go to your shopping cart.

  3. In your shopping cart, you may change the quantity or remove items before checking out. After confirming your order, press checkout to enter your details and shipping information.

  4. After Proceeding to Checkout from the Shopping Cart, you will be redirected to check total amount order and proceed to process payment page.

  5. You will receive an email confirmation for all orders you place online.

Orders within Malaysia
We are currently using Airpak to deliver order to West Malaysia & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Order From Overseas
We accept orders from countries all over the world.
For other countries and regions, which are not in our country list, please contact us for shipping quote and options before placing order.

For Credit Card Purchases

  1. When using your credit card for payment on our website, please ensure that the address you provide us with is the same address your credit card billing statements are mailed to. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

  2. We never bill for credit card service fees.

For PayPal Purchases

  1. If you make a purchase using PayPal, your account is charged before your product is shipped.

  2. A physical address & phone number are required for delivery. Please make sure your address in PayPal Account is matched with your shipping address before you pay.

  3. When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are momentarily connected to the PayPal web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You must complete your transaction at the PayPal site and return to your Aysia.com.my checkout procedure to complete your order.

 

Shipping Information

Delivery Times
We strive to get orders out within 2 working days when the order was placed. Very large quantities may require additional time.
Sometimes, however, it may take up to 3-4 working days to get your orders shipped out to you. We will contact you immediately if we anticipate undue delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, provided you have given us a valid email address.

The shipping methods are as below:
For orders within Malaysia

  • Airpak Courier Service

For orders outside Malaysia

  • UPS Courier Service

International orders will be shipped by UPS. You will receive email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Shipments can be tracked via the UPS website: www.ups.com

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The handling charges are free. During the checkout process, you'll be asked to enter you shipping information.  After this has been entered, you will see a page showing the total amount payment for your purchase item & shipping rates.

Shipping Disclaimers
Aysia.com.my is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
We offer UPS, & Airpak. We reserve the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to meet your requirement.

Customs Duties and Taxes
All customs duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. Please check with the destination country's customs services.
Due to import prohibitions, we may not be able to ship to your specific country. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. We will not knowingly ship any product to any country that may require any type of license.
Please check with the destination's local authorities to determine if an import license is needed before ordering from us.
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
 

Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs

  • If your package (order) is seized at your local customs office, no refund will be given.

  • If your package (order) is returned back to us from customs, we will refund you the product cost, excluding shipping charge.

 

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a person will change their mind once they receive their order. In the event that you would like to return all or part of your order we will accept a return based on the following conditions:

  • We must be contacted within three (3) days of delivery that you would like to return all or part of your order.

  • You must call (603)42960470 for a return authorization. Without a return authorization your return request will not be honored.

  • We must receive your order back to us within ten (10) days of original delivery date.

  • We must receive your return back to us in the same condition and packaging as it was shipped to you. It must be returned to us postage paid.

  • All electrical products we carry may not be compatible with the electrical system in your country, even when a converter is used. Damage may occur, and for this reason, these items are not returnable.

  • Your purchase price, after minus shipping charges and credit card processing fee will be returned. We charge a 30% restocking fee for returned items.

  • Used arrays/electrodes are not refundable and will be charged according to the regular price.

  • Due to our stores Hygiene policy, Returns & Exchange are not accepted on slimming lingerie & socks.

Return Reasons

Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise

  • In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please call us immediately so we can send you a “call tag” to have the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense.

  • No restocking fee, full refund applicable.

Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfies with the item.

  • All returns must be shipped freight with insurance prepaid by buyer.

  • Shipping cost is not refundable.

  • All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return reason: Received the correct product/s, opened the product and do not like the flavor or is not effective to you.

  • No Refund Applicable

Include a copy of your Aysia.com.my invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.

Service & Guarantee:
All of the electrical devices have a 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects. If there is a defect, we will either replace or repair it, and then ship it back to you. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
